Contest Rules
The “Escape with Poulet Rouge” contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is organized by Poulet Rouge restaurants (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Organizers"). We encourage you to read these rules in full before participating in the Contest. By entering, you agree to comply with these rules and accept to be bound by them.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The Contest is open to individuals residing in Quebec or Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their respective province of residence.
1.2. Employees, representatives, administrators, officers, and agents of the Contest Organizers, their subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, participating Poulet Rouge restaurants, prize suppliers, or service providers connected to this Contest, as well as their immediate family members (siblings, children, parents), legal or common-law spouses, and anyone living in the same household, are excluded from participating.
2. HOW AND WHERE TO ENTER THE CONTEST
2.1. Participate in the Contest by following these steps:
2.1.1. No purchase is required to enter the Contest.
2.1.2. Subscribe to our page where you found the Contest announcement, then visit our website at https://poulet-rouge.ca/concours and complete the online form in full.
2.1.3. Both steps must be completed to officially enter the Contest. Any false declaration will result in automatic disqualification.
Contest Period:
2.2.1. The Contest will run from November 18, 2024, at 12:00 PM UTC, to December 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM UTC (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Period").
3. PRIZES
3.1. First Prize: One (1) gift card valued at $2,500 CAD from Zaluna Travel.
3.2. Second Prize: One (1) gift card valued at $2,500 CAD from Zaluna Travel.
3.3. The approximate total value of all prizes is $5,000 CAD.
3.4. The prizes are gift cards redeemable toward a vacation package of your choice, subject to availability at the time of booking. Valid for one (1) year from the draw date. These gift cards are non-redeemable for cash, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes and expenses not explicitly included in the prize description, such as passport-related costs.
3.5. If, for reasons beyond their control, the Contest Organizers cannot award the prize as described, they reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal value or, at their discretion, provide the cash value indicated in these rules.
4. PRIZE DRAW
4.1. The draw will take place on December 17, 2024, at 12:00 PM, and the winner will be announced on our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages.
4.2. The chance of winning a prize is random, determined by a draw, and depends on the total number of entries received during the Contest Period.
Winner Notification:
Selected participants will be contacted individually by email or phone by the Contest Organizers within seven (7) days of the draw. Any selected participant who does not confirm their participation within ten (10) days of receiving the email will forfeit the prize, and a new draw will be conducted.
5. CLAIMING PRIZES
5.1. To claim their prize, the winner must:

6. CANCELLATION
6.1. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part if any event or human intervention compromises the administration, security, fairness, or normal operation of the Contest as outlined in these rules.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Contest Organizers and their affiliates from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

9. WINNER AUTHORIZATION
By participating, the winner authorizes the Contest Organizers to use their name, photo, statements about the prize, and place of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1. Contest rules are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute will be settled in the judicial district of Montreal.

- Answer a skill-testing mathematical question correctly.
- Complete and sign the Declaration and Release Form provided by the Contest Organizers. This form must be completed and returned via email within ten (10) days of receipt to the following address: ltanguay@poulet-rouge.ca.
- Provide valid photo identification to confirm identity, age, and place of residence.
