he Rouge Club, hereinafter referred to as the "Program," is owned and offered by Poulet Rouge in participating Poulet Rouge restaurants, hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurants."It is imperative to carefully read these terms before participating in the Loyalty Program. By joining the Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the conditions below and commit to adhering to them without reservation. Non-compliance with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your participation. If you do not agree with the terms below, please refrain from participating in the Loyalty Program.DEFINITIONS- "Transaction" includes any transaction involving one or more items from the Poulet Rouge menu between a Poulet Rouge customer and a Restaurant, whether the transaction occurs in the Restaurant, on the website https://pouletrouge.order-online.ai, or through an online ordering partner.
- The "Program" includes, but is not limited to, all communications, offers, and rewards that a Member may receive and accumulate.
- "Member" refers to an individual registered in the Program whose registration has not been revoked.
- "Reward" includes, but is not limited to, any privileges, points, special status, discounts on items or subtotals, or freebies that a Member may obtain, accumulate, or apply following one or more Transactions.
GENERAL TERMS- Poulet Rouge reserves the right to modify the Program rules, purchase conditions, terms for using Rewards, participating restaurants, promotions for point accumulation, Rewards, participation conditions, or any other modifications required by applicable legislation, in whole or in part, at any time, in compliance with consumer protection laws. Notice will be provided to Members electronically or posted on the website https://poulet-rouge.ca/en. Members are encouraged to regularly review the site. Continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes. If a Member disagrees with a modification, they may withdraw from the Program by contacting customer service at experience@poulet-rouge.ca.
- Poulet Rouge may also terminate the Program with written notice to Members, following procedures required under consumer protection laws. Points accumulated in your account at the Program's termination date will be converted into rewards based on terms determined by Poulet Rouge.
- The Program is open to Canadian residents aged fourteen (14) or older. Minors must obtain parental consent and use their legal name during registration. Eligible individuals become Members upon registration via the Program's free mobile app available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- The Program is offered only in participating Restaurants. Poulet Rouge actively works to include currently ineligible locations.
- Electronic acceptance of the terms constitutes agreement by the Member to all Program conditions and rules.
- The Program is for personal use only, and commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Any abuse or fraudulent activity carried out within the framework of the Program, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with Program policies and procedures, the sale or exchange of Rewards, misrepresentation of related facts, or any other inappropriate conduct, untimely behavior, or harassment toward Poulet Rouge staff or Restaurant personnel, as well as refusal to comply with staff directives, may result in the cancellation of the Member's account, disqualification from the Program, and forfeiture of Rewards. In the event that the Member fails to comply with these rules or fulfill their obligations as outlined herein, Poulet Rouge reserves the right to terminate the membership, withdraw or cancel the card, annul accumulated Rewards, seek legal recourse, and claim damages and legal fees.
privacy and information- Poulet Rouge will ensure the confidentiality and security of all personal information collected about the Program Member. The Member can consult the privacy policy at any time by clicking on the link located at the bottom of the Poulet Rouge website.
- Information about the Rewards available to the Member can be accessed through the Program's mobile application. When the Member logs into their profile, they can view details related to their profile fields, the points they have accumulated, and other Rewards to which they are entitled.
- If the Member voluntarily withdraws from the Program, unused points and Rewards will be forfeited, and the Member's information will be deleted, except for the data that we are legally required to retain.
membership and account management- To join the Program, a customer must become a Member. Membership is free. To do so, the customer must complete the mandatory profile fields by downloading the Program's mobile application, available for free on Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. The customer must accept these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, by checking the designated boxes, and confirm their email address by clicking the link sent to them via email.
- Members who cannot provide a valid email address cannot participate in the Program, as this field is mandatory when completing the profile. However, a Member may, at their sole discretion, choose to accept or decline promotional communications from Poulet Rouge. This preference can be updated at any time in their Member profile. The Member understands that declining Program communications may exclude them from receiving certain privileges or Rewards associated with the Program.
- A company, legal entity, or any entity other than a natural person cannot become a Member.
- Each account must be associated with a single individual and correspond to their legal name.
- Only one virtual card will be issued per Member. Each Member has a unique card number, may not share their account with anyone, and must not disclose their personal information or password to anyone.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- No retroactive credit will be granted for purchases made before Program membership is duly completed.
- Employees of Poulet Rouge and its Restaurants are also eligible for the Program. However, if a contest-type promotion, as defined by the rules of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, is offered as part of the Program, no employee, affiliated agency, or person living at the same address may be declared a winner.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account, personal access codes, virtual card, and devices used to access these. In case of loss, compromise, or theft of the aforementioned items, Members must immediately reset their password by emailing experience@poulet-rouge.ca.
- In the event of fraud or suspected fraud, Members must notify Poulet Rouge in writing by emailing experience@poulet-rouge.ca. Poulet Rouge will cancel any points or rewards accumulated fraudulently in the account.
- The Member agrees to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to Poulet Rouge. If their information changes, the Member is responsible for updating their profile by modifying the relevant fields in the mobile application. Poulet Rouge cannot be held responsible for any errors or issues arising from inaccurate information in the Member's profile. All emails or communications sent by Poulet Rouge to the addresses provided by the Member will be considered as received.
closure of an inactive account- If a Member’s account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months and Poulet Rouge sends, at least 30 days but no more than 60 days before the expiration date, a notice of inactivity to the Member exclusively informing them that their inactivity will result in the expiration of their points and specifying the expiration date, the Member’s account will be closed. Access to the account will be revoked, the virtual card will no longer be usable, and all accumulated points and Rewards in the account will be forfeited. To maintain an active status and their enrollment in the Program, the Member must earn or redeem points or use a Reward associated with their account at least once every twelve (12) months.
- In the event of a Member's death, the Member’s account will be closed, and all accumulated points in the account will be forfeited, provided Poulet Rouge’s Customer Service is informed. Otherwise, the account will be closed, and points and Rewards will be reset after twelve (12) months of inactivity.
- Poulet Rouge reserves the right, at any time, to modify or revoke the benefits of a Member who, in its judgment, misuses the Program, fails to comply with Program rules, or provides inaccurate information during registration.
- Members wishing to terminate their participation in the Program may do so by completing the cancellation form available online on Poulet Rouge’s website or directly in the Program’s application.
- In accordance with our privacy policy, your personal data will be deleted following your cancellation request, except for information that we are legally required to retain.
Account closure entails the irreversible deletion of all data associated with the account, including accumulated points. A new registration is required to participate in the Program again.
EARNING POINTS- Points are earned exclusively on eligible items (after discounts and before taxes), which include but are not limited to menu items sold in Restaurants and online. Eligible items may vary from time to time at Poulet Rouge’s sole discretion. No points will be awarded for the purchase of gift cards, taxes, tips, delivery fees, or transaction fees related to online orders. Poulet Rouge may modify the list of eligible items without prior notice.
- Members can only earn points at the time of the transaction. In other words, if the Member does not have their virtual card or if it is not functioning at the time of the transaction, they will not earn points.
- Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent (after discounts and before taxes).
- To earn points during transactions, Members must present their virtual card when required, either in Restaurants or by being logged into the Poulet Rouge app when placing a takeout order before completing payment.
- Points earned will appear in the Member's account on the Poulet Rouge mobile app within 24 hours following the eligible transaction.
- We may offer additional benefits during special promotions. These offers are time-limited and may vary from one province to another. The full terms of each promotion will be specified at the time of the offer.
- If you return an item in accordance with Poulet Rouge’s return policy, this will affect your points balance. Specifically, if you cancel a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
REDEEMING POINTS- Members can redeem their points to pay, in full or in part, for eligible product purchases in Restaurants or online.
- Points have the following redemption value: one (1) point equals CAD 0.0035, or as otherwise determined by Poulet Rouge, in accordance with these terms.
- Members must complete all mandatory fields in their profile and confirm their email address to redeem points. Points can only be redeemed on eligible items, which include but are not limited to menu items sold in Restaurants and on the poulet-rouge.ca website. Eligible items may vary at Poulet Rouge’s sole discretion. Points cannot be used to pay for tips left in-store.
- Points are treated as a payment method; therefore, taxes are calculated before points are applied.
- Poulet Rouge reserves the right, subject to applicable consumer protection laws, to modify the minimum number of points required for redemption at any time with written notice to Members. Points earned during a transaction can only be redeemed in subsequent transactions.The ability to use points may be temporarily suspended in the event of system outages or unavailability necessary for managing points, without compensation.
REwards- Members must complete all mandatory profile fields and confirm their email address to claim their Rewards.
- Each Reward has specific conditions for use and validity. To know the terms and conditions of a Reward, Members should refer to the legal notices accompanying communications about each Reward.
- The reward for a free bowl on the second order is available for a limited time. It applies only to the purchase of a Rouge Bowl or Rouge Poutine at participating locations. Members must ensure their virtual card is scanned at the counter before placing an order or that their order is placed via the Poulet Rouge app (takeout only) to obtain the Reward. If these procedures are not followed, Poulet Rouge declines all responsibility and will not issue Points or the Reward.
- Rewards are in no case transferable, refundable, or exchangeable with another Member or for money or another equivalent or non-equivalent reward.
- Within the Program, Members can earn Rewards such as point bonuses, free product items, discounts on individual items, groups of items, or the subtotal of their invoice, as well as Rewards from Poulet Rouge’s partners.
- Subject to obtaining the Member’s consent in accordance with applicable laws, Members may receive promotional offers allowing them to earn additional points on the purchase of certain products or combinations of products determined by Poulet Rouge. Members may also receive personalized promotions based on their purchases, preferences, and profile. Each personalized promotion is valid only for the Member to whom it is offered and cannot be transferred.
- Upon using a Reward, the Program Member releases Poulet Rouge from all liability or claims regarding the redemption and use of the Reward, as well as any loss or damage caused by products or services offered as Rewards, except where such loss or damage is due to Poulet Rouge’s direct actions or those of its representatives.
- In the event of loss or theft of their virtual card or account, Members must immediately report such loss or theft via the app. Poulet Rouge accepts no liability for Rewards redeemed by anyone prior to the Member reporting the loss or theft of their virtual card (see the reporting procedure above). The Member is solely responsible for any Rewards used before the report is filed. Poulet Rouge will not be held responsible for the use of points between the time the card or account was lost or stolen and the time it was reported.
- Members understand and accept that Rewards offered within the Program may vary from one Member to another in both quantity and value, depending on the level attained.
